MuPiBox-NG 0.2.0-alpha.31 – Correct listening-history totals and completion badges
FIX: LISTENING HISTORY SHOWS ALL KNOWN CHAPTERS
- For local folders, NAS audiobooks and cached Spotify albums, the Admin listening-history page now compares the number of recorded chapters with the full indexed track list.
- An audiobook containing 42 MP3 files no longer incorrectly appears as 16/17 when 16 chapters are complete and only 17 have been played; it appears as 16/42 when all 42 chapters are present in the catalogue.
- If the full catalogue is unavailable, the Admin explicitly labels the denominator as recorded-only instead of presenting it as the audiobook's total length.
- A chapter listened to under multiple accounts is counted only once.
FIX: FALSELY COMPLETED ALBUMS
- Previously persisted automatic completion badges are revoked if the complete available catalogue reveals additional unfinished chapters.
- Manually assigned badges are not changed. Media files, account data, listening progress and resume positions are preserved.
TESTING / COMPATIBILITY
- Includes all improvements from alpha.30, including integration of installed community apps into the MuPiBox menus and gallery permission handling.
- Go unit and integration tests, browser-side Admin history tests and locale checks passed.
- Hardware verification remains required: test an indexed 42-chapter NAS audiobook and a partially heard book previously showing a green completion badge.
- This is an alpha build. Make a backup before installing and report the exact NG version, Raspberry Pi model and reproduction steps with any failure.
